The bones are old, the place is okay. Just needs a complete refresh. Felt like I was in the 90s, lots of dark wood, heavy accents. The front desk staff was DELIGHTFUL! Location is excellent. But the physical plant is just dated and it shows.

Worst breakfast!

Rooms are comfortable, but tired. Carpets in the rooms grubby and dirty, for example. The breakfast is the worst! Sausage so hard we used one to steady the wobbly table. Pick out the rotting fruit from the strawberries, and the longest wait for any ordered food from the kitchen. After seeing 2 lots of pancakes sitting to be served for 10 minutes, I went myself to ask the chef if they were ours (they were), and my kids didn't eat them as dry and crumbling. Horrible experience, and if it wasn't so convenient for the Ravens this hotel would go under.As a Marriott Bonvoy Elite member it saddens me, but we'll stay elsewhere next time.

They failed to inform us that our room connected to another room so we were stuck in a room with adjoining door to our neighbor. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes blew through the vents all night. The worst part was being lied to that the parking was good for 24 hours during check in. At check out they claimed it was not. When I spoke with a supervisor she said it would be waived and I had the additional time with no charge. Later after check out I was then charged the extra fee. There was nothing about this hotel that was redeeming.

Manager Tiffany and Krystal were rude dismissive and very unhelpful when I asked why my card was charged an additional 333 plus an additional 150. They couldn’t give me explanation I had to file a police report call my bank and call Sheraton corporate. I was discriminated due to my disability and skin color aswell as theft due to unauthorized charges which they refused to reimburse me or explain where those charges came from.
