We arrived at 4 PM, which is the official check-in time, but our room was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes. The lobby was overcrowded, and there was only one person working at the reception desk — the same person also served at the bar. Because of this, every time we had a question, we had to wait in line for 15–20 minutes. Then came the biggest issue: we found a bed bug on the bed. Completely unacceptable. The rooms themselves are old and badly in need of an update. The pool situation was also disappointing — you can’t just go in, you have to reserve a spot. When we finally checked it out, the water was so dirty you could barely see the bottom. We decided not to use it at all. Breakfast was fair, and the location is good, but those were the only positives. Overall, a very poor experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, but unfortunately putting a hold on our bank card for 'possible' incidentals was a bit much. Especially since it might take 3-7 days to get it reversed. Instead, they shouldn't put a hold on any amount and just charge the card if we used something. Not happy about this.
