Place was busy busy New Year’s Eve everyone celebrating! Rooms are nice, staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely happy and easy to work with. We will stay here again! Excellent value, and there’s a pool on the third floor that we didn’t even get over to!

Staff was courteous. Room was spacious but the bedding was just a thin sheet and blanket. The pool was super tiny and had so much chlorine in it that my kids all complained of their mouth “burning” after less than an hour. There was also several guests that clearly had smoked weed and then raided the breakfast buffet and I’m not sure anything was done about it.

Overall experience, I will give it 5 out of 10 my room, was cold. The heat did not work even after they came up there to fix it 3 times it still was cold after the last night. With about 7hr left before check out they did switch our room and also the breakfast was horrible not to many options and coffee was lukewarm and they pool area was cold but the hotel its self is beautiful and the staff was pretty nice and the location is perfect

We had the most wonderful experience staying during New Years Eve. Everything was perfect starting from the breakfast like fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, and much more we could imagine. During New Year's Eve we had New Years Lights in front of our windows!!! The New Year's Eve lights you might be referring to are likely the Constellation Ball that drops in Times Square!!!

The place was falling apart - moldy bathroom with poor fan/ventilation. There were only 1 usb charging station but it wasn’t even working. I should have paid more attention to the poor reviews. If you are considering this place, please think again and spend some extra money to find a better quality hotel. This was an absolute disappointment.
