Old grandeur and location. Was apprehensive with all the yuck reviews but very pleasantly surprised. No bugs, clean sheets, nice bathroom recently renovated. For the price it was excellent value. Yes, breakfast can be better but really, food stores right around n one can easily buy something. Definitely recommend.
