We got to the breakfast line just before it closed yet the food was still tasty, big variety. The a/c in our room was terrific... responsive - both heat and cold. Upon checking was overcharged by 50% for pet fee. I pointed this out to clerk who told me there was a new fee structure that the company wasn't publishing. He continued to tell me I was wrong but ultimately refunded the difference. I don't know if this was Hilton's mistake or what, but it was very disappointing and misleading (and expensive!).

The room was fine & it was clean. But in the shower in a couple of the corners there is a black substance that needs addressed. It was on the shelf area & below in the shower. I was in room 209. Other than that everything was good. Staff was great, A/C & Heat were great! Low noise on the fan for the heating & cooling unit.
