Great staff at check in they were awesome and also the valet busted their behinds getting cars trying their best only problem is that no hotel staff could tell us anything when it came to valet and parking besides a price but when asked anything it was always knock the door maybe they should have a sign that says any and all valet questions ask valet at door before front entrance

Very convenient to the CFG bank arena, where I was headed to a show. The staff were accommodating. We checked in a little early and checked out a little late. Pretty easy walk to the National Aquarium.

The staff was amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and helpful. However, any part of the hotel beyond the lobby reeked of marijuana...the elevator, the hallways, and both rooms we were in. We were also initially assigned a room that looked at a wall and air conditioning units, even though there were only 10 rooms in the whole place booked for the night.

The hotel/room was clean. A shower tile or two needs to be cemented securely. There was one lamp in the room that didn’t provide sufficient lighting for the area. However, the lighting by the door and bathroom was fine. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay again.
