This facility is fairly new and the staff was wonderful! The complimentary breakfast was great, in that all the guests were enjoying their meals. The room was spacious and very clean. The reason for the rating was for what was lacking. Our room had maybe a couple of electrical outlets and NO outlets for charging our phones. None by the beds.

Traveled with family including 2 toddlers and a child. Beware of operation manager amber the most inhuman, rude, insensitive person that I have ever met in my life. Be careful with their elevators malfunction, we were stuck inside the elevator for 1 hour. Emergency bottom did not work had to call the hotel directly from our cell phone in order to let them know we were stuck in the elevator on the 3rd floor, no one knew of the situation until we made that call. We had to call 911 because they couldn’t help us out. The most traumatic experience ever. little to no air babies sweating, crying, my daughter in panic mode and crying, family members entering anxiety stage. My legs shaking to the point of passing out. Firefighters managed to get us out an hour later. Upon exiting the elevator the manager never once asked if we were ok if the kids were ok, if we needed anything, a least a cup of water nothing what’s so ever. What did she do just stand there with no care in the world just starring at us like we were some kind of animals. This person not only degraded us but accused us of being over weight and blamed us for elevator malfunction and responded with, well next time don’t over fill my elevator after I expressed she needed to be a kinder person. I demanded to have my room moved which the front desk Kristen I believe her name was with no hesitation moved us to the 1st floor no questions asked, apologized, offered us water and free treats.
