Staff were very nice the entire stay- building is older but for the price and location it was perfectly fine. I loved that they had tons of vending machines that worked and the drinks were cold. There was plenty parking even though it cost money I’d expect that anywhere downtown in a big city so I didn’t mind and it was disclosed beforehand that there was a price for parking. The beds were clean and very comfy which for a value priced hotel is always my worry. But the beds were perfect- AC worked great in the room!

The staff was good and prompt. The area is fantastic bu the room did have a distinct smell and the tub was pealing and had mold building around corners Had to wear sandles to shower just incase.

We were put on the third floor. There was racks in the hall. It smelled like burnt egg in the room. The doors were jammed you can open them to the bathroom. We ended up opening one. The last to the door was broken off. There was mold in the air condition Behind the end table where the lamp goes. There was mold everywhere and dust mites. I wish I’d never booked that hotel.

El hotel estaba sucio, los pasillos, el elevador, todas las areas comunes, muy descuidado. El desayuno mal servido, comida de baja calidad. El personal de mal humor, caras largas, negativas. Las habitaciones menos peor. Lastima La Quinta Inn, era un buen hotel accesible, limpio. Ultima vez que nos hospedamos ahí.

The cleanliness of the property was not up to par and did not match the expectations — bathroom door didn’t close properly, stains all over the room. The staff was nice, but property was run-down. We were only staying one night but would’ve moved hotels if we had to be around for more than a day.

My room did not look clean prior to entering. I did not have toilet paper and when I asked for hand soap downstairs, I was told they were out. They offered me an extra shampoo to use to wash my hands. I had to get a clean towel from downstairs also. The bathroom looked like it had not been wiped down as my mirrors had water stains and the counter was not cleaned. It looks like the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in a while either. For the quick turnaround trip I did, this was fine. But I won’t be coming back.

The front desk, people were exceptionally kind, competent, smart, and helpful. They were wonderful! The room and facility, however, were very dirty, rundown, and, in the case of my room, had black mold growing on the wall next to where the radiator was leaking . The room was dirty, and I had to wipe down all surfaces with antibacterial wipes. The beds were poorly made. There was garbage on the floors in the hallways, which hadn’t been vacuumed in a while and were quite dirty. I wish this place were well taken care of Because I’ve really like the staff to have a nice place to work, a place they can be proud of, and somewhere I would want to stay. I reserved my room for five nights, but politely requested and received a refund after one night in which I slept poorly in a room infected with black mold.
