Staff were helpful from the moment we stepped through the doors. The room was clean, tidy and larger than expected. Plenty of information regarding amenities and how to get the most out of your stay. We look forward to when we return to Aukland as we will be staying here again!

Room was great. Well laid out for a small space.Great location close to shopping, food, everything. Fantastic customer service from Kallim on front desk. And next day Rose and Dave in the restaurant gave standout service and communication when we got there and they were really busy. Definitely recommend and will stay again. The service from staff made our stay super enjoyable 😉

What a great surprise!!! This hotel is a little gem . Very modern rooms with excellent service. The expresso machine was great. We at the restaurant once and really liked the food. Location is excellent since all the bars, restaurants and boutiques are within walking distance. Best value so far on this trip
