Beautifully appointed vacation home! . Located twelve houses from the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to Brown's, Wonderland pier, and the high school athletic fields which include tennis, shuffleboard, and a running track. Quiet street with a large covered front porch and open porch on the rear. The third floor master bedroom includes its own private balcony and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We supply beach tags, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cart. The kitchen includes amenities such as an electric griddle, toaster, coffee pot, trash compactor, crock pot and more. There are books, games, and movies along with cable and WIFI throughout the home. A full outdoor shower provides an alternative to bringing sand indoors. We own the attached lower condo which affords the opportunity to rent a seven bedroom, five full bathroom and 2 outside full shower rental (632653). We rent only to those 26 or older and we do not allow pets or smoking. We do not rent for senior week or prom weekends.

Bill’s place was very nice! We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children. Plenty of room to spread out. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Our struggle is that my husband and I are in our 70s and there are 20 stairs from ground floor to unit. When you are lugging up suitcases and groceries you get your steps in for sure! In addition we had an almost 2 year old and almost 4 year old , so steps were a challenge.Luckily, there is a lower unit. If we get to NJ again we will rent the lower unit. We stayed for 10 days a couple of weeks before Memorial Day.. Lovely stay!

Communication with the host was excellent!! The house is clean and decorated with a beautiful beach theme that is not over the top. The furniture is very comfortable and newer. Having three bathrooms was wonderful. We loved the jacuzzi tub!! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have sliding doors with balconies. The living room has a covered balcony. All of them have comfortable outdoor furniture. The only negative thing (I find in most rentals) is the pots and pans. Our family loves to cook together and I wish hosts would invest in better quality cookware. The pans weren’t awful. But could be better. This was an excellent rental property and our family had a wonderful time. We will definitely rent from them again.

This property is spacious and beautifully decorated. There was lots of room to gather together and also space for privacy. The kitchen was well equipped. Since we were coming from the west coast we didn’t realize initially that linens were not included. When we did find out they were provided quickly for an extra fee. The host was very courteous and responsive. We would stay here again anytime.

This is a very nice house in a great location very close to 3rd St beach! House is lovely and well taken care of, very clean and well equipped kitchen. Host was very responsive when we asked a question. Great neighborhood close to boardwalk, shops and restaurants!

Beautiful home in the best location!!

OC is our happy place and this is a fantastic home base to enjoy everything the community has to offer!! Located just steps from the beach and an easy walk everywhere else, we covered 56k steps in three days. The space is beautifully appointed, super clean and very comfortable. All of the images and descriptions are 100% accurate, and in person is even better. The hosts were communicative and easy to get in touch with. Some favorite parts of the visit including spending time on the three decks, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, and curling up in the evening to watch just about any channel on TV. Our black lab was right at home, too. Rent this place as soon as you can!

We love OC and this was such a beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving !! Layout is great large room with many beds upstairs worked great for us with group of family teens and other rooms with multiple bathrooms is excellent - loved the porches to see sunset sunrise depending on time of year and and even a little peek of the ocean

Ocean City Family Vacation

We are a family of 13, including 5 children, ages 5 to 10. We had a fantastic time, with the help of this house. It is meticulous and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, games and books, and plenty of seating. Its front and back balconies were used every day - front for reading and quiet times and back for games, toys. The four bedrooms, with the option of the trundle beds and bunk beds, was perfect for our various age groups. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was a huge plus. The outside shower for rinsing and garage for beach storage were very helpful. The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house for a very pleasant vacation with a large family!!
