This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 primary baths with showers, 1 main hallway bath with tub/shower, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. We had a wonderful weekend! The house was beautiful and the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Fun getaway!

This is a beautiful home right on the beach. Paul was great to work with. He answered my emails/ texts immediately. He sent me a list of things to do and restaurants nearby! We were three couples and we appreciated the fact that each couple had our own bathroom. The home is kept up. We all agreed it was the best home we’ve stayed in and we would stay there again.

Perfect beach house

We could not have asked for a more beautiful beach house! Everything was wonderful and being able to see the water while sitting inside was magical. The beach was steps away and we enjoyed walks by the water. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to go back!
