This house was even closer to Disneyland than I could have hoped! The owners were so nice to work with too and make everything so easy! The house was super clean and fit out famiy of 6 perfectly. It was the perfect place to stay during our Disney Trip!

The property was valuable to us because of it's location to Disney Land. Just a walk away. Nice!The only reason why we are not able to give full stars is due to the cockroaches. I think CA has a lot of them running around in houses so I think the owner has done their best to manage the pests but we killed 9 or so. Just not used to those I guess.

Great Location

Fantastic location as it's a 5-10 min walk to get into the park area for restaurants and about 15-20 to Disney & California. House was a little more run down and dated then the pictures showed but we didn't spend much time there either then to sleep. Comfortable beds which was nice. Overall the location is fantastic and made it so much easier to come and go from the park over 5 days.

Great Location

This was a great spot for our family of four with two little kids. We were able to easily walk to the parks each day and the place had the right amount of space for all of us. It isn't the fanciest resort you could stay in, but it did the job nicely!

We had a wonderful stay for a 3 day trip to Disneyland! The location was perfect and easy walking distance (through Downtown Disney). It was clean, comfortable, and we appreciated all the fun details! Highly recommend!

Excellent hosts, great location

Great stay at Storybook Villa. The hosts were awesome, always responded immediately and went above and beyond. These townhouses are older and are showing their age, but this one is bright, with updated appliances and main bathroom, and is very clean. The walls are a bit thin, if you’re sensitive to sounds (like neighbours surround sound, sirens etc) consider some earplugs. You can’t beat the location for walking or taking the parking tram to Disney, and it’s great to have space for everyone to wind down after a busy day at the park. Definitely recommend!

Property does the job for a disney vacation, its definitely dated and could use a couple things like a cooler and some beach chairs. The dryer takes an extremely long time to dry clothes and the pool needs a key to get in, leave, and use the bathroom so if a child leaves the key by accident in the bathroom you are locked in.

Storybook villa review

We recently stayed at storybook villa number 2 and had a mixed experience. The villa itself is a bit older compared to the market photos, so we had high expectations that weren’t quite met.That said, the location is fantastic—an easy walk to Disneyland, which was great for the whole family. However, one thing not mentioned in the description is that all the bedrooms are upstairs, which wasn’t ideal for our older parents. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (single on top, double on bottom) plus an extra single mattress on the floor, which worked but wasn’t what we expected as the description mentioned 2 single beds and a bunk bed. We did enjoy having a kitchen to cook meals, though it was quite small—only one person could comfortably be in there at a time.Overall, the stay was convenient for Disneyland, but some aspects of the villa could have been more accurately represented in the listing.The hosts seemed quiet lovely and left a small gift for each of our children which was very nice and the had equipped the villa with prams and high chairs etc, however in their email correspondence they mentioned helpful guides for the area - but these guides were well out of date, some of the things mentioned in there were over a decade old. It made us lose confidence in their information.

Nice place, excellent location!

The rental was lovely and well-appointed. My only feedback is that nearly all of the TV-related remotes had dead batteries, so we had to consolidate batteries from a single working remote and continually move them around. The best part was the location! Only 15 minutes from the front door to Downtown Disney. I will definitely stay here again!
