Great hotel, stayed for March break with the family and everyone loved it very nice staff that cares about the kids. Restaurant in the hotel, food was delicious and that staff was amazing as well. Overall one of the best places i have ever stayed.

I found the bed very uncomfortable, it was like super squishy and it kept sliding and I think it was because it was on a wooden base . My bed were not made properly, looks like the housekeeping staff was in a rush to finish the rooms cause I had no shampoo, and the bed were a bit untidy and I noticed a stain on my bedding on my last night before I slept. The shower was not the best and it didn’t switch to the shower mode properly still poured bath water do the pressure wasn’t the best. Considering how much a night this place costs and they say they are a 4 or 5 star hotel I don’t think I can agree on those terms. If they gave me this style of room cause I had my child with me that it’s totally unfair cause I still paid the same as any other guest. Also when did they change to paid parking the last time I stayed at this property I never paid for parking at all? So 16 bucks to park is a bit extreme when they are not near anything nor do they have limited parking to have such a rate personally. The breakfast staff was nice and the food was enjoyable. I don’t think I would return to stay at this hotel in the future it didn’t meet my standards.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Brookstreet. Friendly, relaxed, efficient, helpful staff throughout from check in to restaurant to spa and fitness centre, housekeeping and maintenance. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and can’t wait to do it again.

Overall good experience and hotel. Family was happy with cleanness and quietness, service. Pool and gym are very nice. If I were to recommend anything I would ask the hotel to offer its clients a complimentary coffee or hot chocolate stands on each floor or at the lobby. I’ve stayed in many hotels in your area (Ontario) for cheaper who offer this and it’s always appreciated. Also, although our parking was included it’s unfortunate that parking is paid.

The desk person wasn’t overly friendly & didn’t share any information about the hotel until I asked. Bed was comfy but pillows are horrible. Parking fee should have been noted in the booking.

Only issue I had was the very long check in line. I’ve never had to wait that long in a line. Over 40 mins. The line was so long behind us as well. Not sure if this is a regular thing but it really needs to be improved.
