Newer property in Adelaide, walkable distance to rundall mall, tram, central market, Chinatown, casino, etc Decent sized conformable room and nice bathroom. Good gym, has guest laundry and happy hour drink specials. I didn't try the breakfast, but plenty of cafes nearby to grab a coffee, breakfast. Restaurants are max 10 min stroll away, including shops and supermarkets. Staff are sparse at front desk and inexperienced.

The only positive thing about the hotel is the location and the size of the room. All the staff, barring Pauline, were unhelpful at the reception. The reception is supposed to be open 24 hours a day. They do not normally man the reception but monitor from the office behind the reception. This normally would be fine if they came to the reception when people were there. Most people ended up just walking out or phoning a number they left at the reception. Some knocked on the office door to get their attention. The hotel wants to be green hence the room cleaning had to be requested. We had booked to rooms and on two occasions we asked for the room to be serviced but neither were cleaned. We had asked for a shower cap and were told that they will deliver it to our room. That did not happen. When I spoke to the reception staff on the first occasion, I was told that the cleaners had marked both rooms as being serviced. Similar response on the second occasion. He said that he had messaged them but was not getting a response from the housekeeping team. So he does not know what to do. Again housekeeping had marked on their system that the rooms were cleaned, We ate in the restaurant only once. There was only one other table besides us in the restaurant. Our Nachos arrived with cold toppings which took over half an hour

Modern, clean, very well-furnished rooms. There is a guest laundry on several floors. There is also a cafe and restaurant on site in the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff and friendly and helpful. The lifts in the hotel and are nice and quick. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Rundle Mall, the main shopping area in the CBD, which is convenient.

The hotel has some pluses and a few important minuses. You cannot park out front, even for a minute to offload as it is a bus lane. Parking is far. The reception is often unstaffed while breakfast is catered for by just two persons. It just takes very long to get a table.

Bar only open later in the afternoon and restaurant being Mexican is a strange choice. Staff were courteous even when we requested a room change due to a nasty smell in our room.
