Good communication from staff, secure parking, room was large, clean, comfortable and set up for long term stays (with kitchen, washer and dryer). Was greeted upon entry with air con on and music playing on TV, a nice touch. Location was fairly central, close to Central Market, bus station, and short walk to Rundle Mall. Not a 5 star hotel, but clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything worked, and I would definitely stay here again.

It was an ok place to stay. The building and rooms are tired and could do with some renovation. Our air conditioning was leaking when we arrived but staff quickly cleaned this up. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
