Amazing place to stay! We were even upgraded to a suite which was a plus but by second night the AC was not working properly. We spent 4 nights there and Weather was at 105-109 degrees out. We contacted front desk and quickly they had someone come check. They had to put in a work order but not until next day. For that evening/night they brought us two fans to help cool down suite but fans were so loud. Engineers came following morning but not until I called again to remind them. They changed out filters and helped a little bit but glad we had fans I guess. The last day that we were there we requested a microwave and they advised us it would be $25 for a single day. You figure for it being an almost 5 star resort they’d just bring one to room. Disappointed with that situations. Restaurants were really good and staff was very attentive. Overall stay was good with the exception of the little things mentioned above that would’ve made a difference in our opinion.

I wish I had taken the time to look at the map then I would have asked to be closer to the adult pool. 1 adult check in and I’m closest to family pool so had a walk to get over to the other side of the resort I will know next time as I’m sure there will be one
