This is a very nice hotel. We have stayed here several times when we have come to Wilkes-Barre to visit family. Friendly staff, nice entryway, a very convenient location. The hotel is located at one end of a parking lot for several restaurants and shopping and is close to the major roads and highways. A mall is nearby along with a casino and racetrack. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Night desk person was a bit surly and very short about answering questions. One of the reading lamps was out. Breakfast people were friendly and accommodating. Very hard to get a paper copy of the bill.
