(I would like a full refund on my room!) I am going to be reaching out to someone today if I do not hear back from this review. I booked this hotel because I had a long drive and needed somewhere to rest in the middle of my travel. At 4am police arrived at the premises and began knocking on multiple doors close to mine. Between the hours of 4am and 10am (when we left the hotel) there we're 8-10 gentlemen who we're sitting detained by police in the hall. Front desk told us they we're getting interrogated for potentially being illegally in the country. Beyond the 4am disturbance they had 4 of these gentleman seated directly outside of our door for the entire period between 4-10am. Sitting on the floor shoulder touching our door frame. (I have video evidence of this) There was noise for the entire time I intended to sleep. I understand the raid is outside of the hotels control but the fact they allowed them to sit outside of a paying guests room for the entire night is where this is unacceptable. I would like a full refund on my room as this was a complete waste of my money because I got absolutely not rest. Please let me know how you plan on amending this situation.

There was no fridge, no microwave, the hair dryer and outlet didn’t work. The one time I don’t bring a hairdryer. People outside were using drugs and I don’t mean pot. Breakfast was horrible. Will never stay again. You better take of by Wyndham. It was disappointing.

Hairdryer did not work. Hallways and carpet were unclean. Neighboring room had tv on at loud volume early in the morning (4am) til late at night (past 22:30 pm) - felt like I was watching the show, could make out the audio.

Best way to describe this place - they’ve given up. The place was very dirty, the pool was gross looking, the room was dirty & ironically we had to go ask for a bar of soap. Not sure if our room was supposed to have amenities but the place for the fridge & micro were empty. Wallboard in bathroom was coming off. The breakfast food doesn’t really even qualify as breakfast. On the other hand, the bed linen looked cleanish (I didn’t look too closely) & the bed was comfy. TV & remote worked. The staff who checked us in was friendly. I’m happy in a budget hotel but this was pretty poor. I won’t be back.
