While the building is gorgeous, it was the most uncomfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. No ventilation made the room smell incredibly musty. The bed and pillows were so hard that I tossed and turned all night resulting in a sore neck and raging headache. We decided to cut our stay a day early and when we went to check out the clerk who initially gave us the wrong room number the day before only said "Okay" when we told him we couldn't stay another night with them.

The climate control was on the mark. Teresa the 2nd Floor housekeeper was absolutely fantastic. You do have a serious problem with your television service. The tv was small and not easy to find channels or programs. Very bad.

VERY UNIQUE PROPERTY, filled with history regarding the once train station’s transformation into a hotel. Excellent price for a 420sf King, non-smoking room! Beautiful interior - opulent! Friendly staff, TRAX bar & restaurant was excellent. CARMEN’S restaurant very nice, good food, BRUNO was an excellent waiter.

This property is beautiful inside! We could sit in the lobby all day! The food at Trax was delicious!! And the service in the restaurant and hotel was wonderful! But the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms.

Stayed here to run the Steamtown Marathon. Location was perfect for the race. The on-site parking was very convenient and safe. The hotel is gorgeous. Seeing the old pieces of the train station was very cool. Room was a little dated but clean and comfortable and was everything I needed. Hotel was quiet too. A great place to stay in Scranton. Very walkable to downtown. Would recommend to others visiting the area!

It is a beautiful old rail station converted to a hotel, but it needs updating now. Wear and tear is obvious in the room, if mine was representative. Bathroom had staining on the door. Maid service every third day. Some areas look shabby. Staff was kind and pleasant. The hotel deserves some TLC.

This historic hotel is an old RR station. The exterior and interior is stunning. Check in was great the room was spacious send bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing. Be sure to check out Trax Bar and Kitchen the food was fantastic. Excellent stay overall!!!
