There is no staff on site from 9pm to 9am. The bathroom door was locked and I could not get in. I tried calling the desk from 6am to 9am. I finally left to find a bathroom. I showered at a friend’s. I called the customer service line and was told that they were sending a message but could not let me know if anyone would respond. I called the hotel around 5pm and had the desk clerk say he would check it. I called back about 45 minutes later but it had not been done. He was able to go then and open the bathroom door in the room. I asked about compensation but to no avail.

I was emailed by Expedia telling me what is included in the room obviously false advertising...the bed was alright until I woke up the next day I didn't even get to stay my two night I had to check out early didn't even get a refund. Was switched to several different rooms when checked in. Certain staff was nice and understanding. Just next time I know to not book with woodspring suites. Manager kinda had a attitude. Stove top sparked and breaker popped. I mean I should have gotta refund for one night but I ain't even gonna stress it because it wasn't worth it. Just don't waste your money

the nastiness in this hotel is out of control the smell in the hallways the rooms the beds everything smell like a drunk bum the guy give me a room that smell like homeless camp them i ask to be change they did and the guy said the one next was going to be perfect but god the same smell is a lot of no ok people dont feel safe inmy room was still condoms and more in trash cans dont stay here i stay becaused at the last minute have no choice my body was itching i hope i dont bring any bed bugs to my home awful place and in reality is homeless people living in there the other guest look dangerous a bunch of dogs all over the place for me i sleep in a shelter thats the experience i get dont go there
