It was not a good stay. No towels, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic cups, or a place to get ice for a fall. And totally no front desk service. They literally just looked at me like i was from mars even asking for things. long. Worst of all,the second floor and elevator wreaked of Marijuana. Children screaming and crying all night long.

I say two rooms, you say one

I had a household emergency, broken pipes during winter, decided to stay the night for my family's comfort. I reserved two rooms via the app, just like any other time. The only issue was during check in I only received one room, when I had reserved two. The clerk said i only reserved one, anyway got another room now was not the time. After the dust settled, house back in order my email shows I did indeed reserve two rooms. I thought with all the confusion I made a mistake, no I did not.

Did not feel like a safe neighborhood. My room smelled terrible, aired it out for hours. I slept on my own covers that I had on top of the bed fearing what would be inside the bed if I laid under the sheets.
