The room smells like a garbage dump. The carpets, bedding, everything was smelling so bad I was disgusted and scared to even lay on the bed. We traveled with little kids and in cold winter and there was absolutely no hot water coming in any tap in the room. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I am so disgusted with the conditions and I can't even shower because there is no hot water.

Front desk checked me under someone else’s name and got mad when I told him that wasn’t me and needed to be corrected. I was told it didn’t matter it was the same type of room. After the correction, had to ask for a key. Room was extremely small and dirty. Hotel itself is dirty and smells. Will never stay here again!
