Overall it was a good stay. Check in was quick and easy. The room was decent, but with the dust and strands of hair found, I'm not sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. However, there are no other complaints from me. I would definitely stay there again.

From check in with Lawanza with her warm smile and pleasant tone. To the unexpected beauty of our room. Everything was done top tier amd the thank you gift was very cute. We tried out the spa which was a last minute idea and to our luck they had an opening. The pool area is a nice size, with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The only small thing I wasn't happy about was not being able to check out from our room.

We had great shuttle service to & from Airport which was crucial to a smooth stay fr us! We wish the pool would’ve stayed open later – but we did get 45 minutes there – and the poolside service was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful this information! We also got to dine at Jayde restaurant and we are very pleased with a delicious food and the great service! Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Our bellhop service was very good as well!

The rooms are large, clean and the darkest I’ve ever stayed in. We enjoyed the food at the Raiders tavern and bar. We were disappointed that the pool was closed all day because of a concert at 7pm. The rooms are terrible with soundproofing, as we could hear our neighbors having relations day and night.
