Room was very basic apart from being a bugliw there wasnt anything else to it. Food was so bad on burger night there were no patties upon waiting for so long towards the end the chef brought some limited stuff to us. Chicken smelled ; eggs smelled. Apart from living on chicken nuggets and chips there wasnt anything to eat. Quite literally. Try asking them for Fresh towels and water. Its all a lie. Dont go here.

The staff are amazing and welcoming if it was for them I am not sure I would have enjoyed my stay. The pool is nice and the spa team is amazing. But unfortunately the resort is far away from alot of the tourist attraction and the resort decor is outdated. The bed is comfortable.

I was sorely disappointed by the amenities when I arrived at the Hilton. The facilities were very outdated and often time broken, the whole place felty like faulty towers. The gym was dirty, had broken treadmills which is dangerous first and unusable. There was one yoga mat that was falling apart with holes. I had booked the hotel with the view to use the gym in the morning. The food from the buffet and room service was always served cold and over priced. The double tree is a far cry from the global standard of the Hilton

The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. The lunch and dinner were limited unless you opt for the buffet, however the buffet theme changes every night and is not always suitable especially with young kids (seafood, asia, etc). We also had mice in our room with droppings through our suitcase and on the surfaces. The amenities and pool are good.

Mixed review on this place. The staff were pretty friendly. The food options are very limited, if you dont want to spend a lot on the buffet, there is probably 3 items on the dinner menu. Breakfast was nice, which we had as part of our booking. TV didnt work in the room at all all week, staff rather unhelpful in dealing with that. Had brown coloured water coming through the taps. The electricity went off 3 times for extended periods which meant no water at all in the rooms. They could do with some non motorised water sports like all the other resorts. Very little to do for the kids other than the pool which had no diving or jumping signs everywhere. Overall average place, wont stay there again.

Limited menus for breakfast and kitchen closes at 10pm so if you arrive late then you go hungry, oh and you can’t take outside food to hotel either…being so remote you would think they have thought about having the kitchen 24/7 especially if you have kids…
