Luxury one-bedroom loft in the heart of downtown Dundee. Newly renovated 125-year-old building with timber ceilings, exposed brick walls and beautifully restored hardwood floors. Tastefully decorated and features a king-size Beautyrest mattress, luxury bed linen, private bathroom, kitchenette with under counter refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and lightning fast Wi-Fi for streaming your favorite shows on the 60” LED smart TV. 124 LOFTS offers 4 separate luxury lofts. Book one Loft or all four.

The Space:
The building was built in 1893 and over the years has housed a department store, men’s clothing store and photography studio. In 2018 the property was completely rehabbed and now offers a charming coffee and donut shop on the first floor and boutique hotel on the second floor. Free parking is offered in nearby municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the freedom and convenience of self-check-in with key-less entry. Please note that due to the age and historic nature of the property there is no elevator and access requires walking up a flight of stairs. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers

124 LOFTS is centrally located in historic downtown Dundee. The entire downtown district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. You’re just steps away from plenty of dining options and nightlife. Stop next door to Emmett’s Brewing Co. and enjoy a bite to eat and one of their award-winning brews, or catch a live show a few doors down at the RocHaus. We are also just a 2 minute drive from "The BRIX on the Fox" wedding reception venue. Downtown Dundee also offers a pleasant riverwalk and the Fox River bike trail which both wind their way alongside the Fox River. 124 LOFTS is a perfect home base for exploring all that the Fox River Valley has to offer. Free parking is offered steps away in one of many municipal parking lots. 124 LOFTS offers the convenience of self-check-in with keyless entry. 124 LOFTS is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Other Things to Note:
Each individual loft offers a kitchenette with a microwave, sink, Keurig machine and an undercounter refrigerator. It does not have an oven or a stovetop. We offer a 10% discount for 7 night stays and 20% discount for 30+ night stays.

Great host, nice room. Entrance to the loft is on Main St. There's about 22 steps up to the room but not steep steps. Room was comfortable temperature wise and quiet. Mattress was a softer mattress and comfortable. Overall, a great stay for us. Just sorry we didn't get a chance to enjoy the retro video arcade across the street.

Very quaint accommodation

The room was tastefully decorated especially the rustic brick exterior walls. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only slight negative was that you can hear the tv quite clearly in the adjoining room. I hope to return to explore West Dundee when the weather warms up again. I would stay here.

For a "me time getaway" perfect!

As a solo, female traveler, feeling safe is important to me. The 3 door locked entry offered good security. I felt very secure staying at the Loft. The proximity to the bath path was perfect, and a bike rental shop near by! The bed was comfortable, and quiet hours were enforced. The only negative I had was the bathroom. A vanity for personal objects and makeup and better lighthing.

Great little spot!

We were in town visiting family and it was the perfect spot to stay for a day or two. We loved that it was right above a local cafe (which was also fantastic by the way!!), and the check-in/out process was a breeze! Owner was very communicative, would definitely stay here again!

West Dundee Loft

The loft was a perfect stay for visiting Chicagoland for a week and seeing the further suburbs. It was clean, comfy, and in a great location next to bars and restaurants. I would stay here again and the hosts made me very welcome.
