We stayed at the Quality Inn for 3 nights. It was after we had just stayed at the Super 8 which is just across the street. What a difference!! It was clean, visually appealing. The staff was kind & accommodating. It was like night & day. So long Super 8

The room was poorly maintained. Took 3 rooms before an adequte room was found. The first room tv was not working.when i spoke with the young lady at the front desk. She responded yeah we had the same issue with that room last night. So why assign a room to a guest that you sre aware has issues. The blow dryer was shooting out flames when i tried to blow dry my hair.

First, my experience with Expedia was awful. I will never go through them again. The hotel was terrible. Damaged walls, missing hair dryer but wall unit was there, hotel had a smell, bathroom on first floor was not working. Checking in was a terrible experience but that was due to Expedia.

Room, no amenities in the room, some of the lights did not work, the room was in need of repair ,. Window curtains, very dirty. i’ve never stayed in a hotel room that was this bad. for it being a no smoking hotel it reeked of cigarettes. there was a heavy snow and no one bothered to clean the parking lot.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was blood on the curtain shades, I saw at least a couple of bugs crawling on the floor. Staff was unaccommodating, I booked 4 nights and due to an emergency, had to leave after the 2nd night. Asked for a full or partial refund for the 2 unused nights. They denied my request. Never again will I book a stay at this hotel.
