Bait and switch galore. Everything is way overpriced. 17 dollars for a white claw??? No place really for adults to sit while the kids play downstairs. Dunkin donuts only open until 12, forcing you to get an afternoon coffee somewhere else outside. No hot tubs!

The kiosk didn’t work, so the easy check in that was appealing didn’t come thru. The rugs smelled like mildew in our room - like it was cleaned after being wet for so long. The bathtub in the primary room had an indent like it was sinking. It’s the winter time, blankets were too thin for the season and increasing the temp made the rugs smell worse.

Long check in, we did come closer to four though it took almost 25mins just to get to the desk to start checking in. The lady seemed to be trying to engage but it was still about 10 more minutes before we got our room information and wristbands. There's no belt parking which is crazy considering how much revenue they make seems they should include that. We walked about a block to get from the car back to the hotel once we parked. The hotel room not impressed other than the themed lamp shade and picture it seemed pretty basic I've seen more for less. The park and the hotel amenities like zip lining and movie watching, Dunkin donuts cafe and the water park itself were what I believe we paid for it was amazing. That being said overall I would do it again but carpool since parking is $19 a night per car.
