This room has cigarette burns on the bed coverings ! James was very helpful. But Robin was very rude. No customer service at all.We came for my granddaughters Navy bootcamp graduation. We do not know the area. I would never recommend this hotel .

The room was not as described, no loft, no coffe maker, only enough towels for one person and no housekeeping.

The people were amazing, the room although could’ve been a lil bit cleaner, nobody came to clean up after day 1 of our stay our trash was full nobody came to take it. Needs better cleaning

The lady was very rude when i explained that the key didn’t work she told me i was doing it wrong . I begged her to help me bc it was 11 at night . Eventually she agreed to help . AFTER she helped someone els who came after me . The key never worked the door was jammed she gave me another room with the Oder very foul and nothing but burns in the blankets . When i asked for a different blanket she told me no . I came back the next day bc the heater didn’t work . Over all terrible .
