Good hotel

They staff was super friendly. We had a couple of issues but staff took care of it quickly and got us moved rooms and I was offered a refund for a portion of the stay. The breakfast was delicious. And the location worked perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing. The entire hotel was clean and housekeeping staff were very busy and friendly. The morning buffet was loaded with choices and was kept clean throughout the breakfast hours. The pool was very inviting. I definitely will plan to stay there again.

Nice hotel with great breakfast and friendly staff. My family and i stayed 2 night while taking a trip to Six Flags. I highly recommend... they have pool and jacuzzi as well!

Tia is their front desk agent and she needs a raise. From the moment I booked my stay she was responsive and professional. I arrived later than expected but she graciously assisted me in checking in and even moved my room away from the pet friendly area. I love my dogs but when I’m on vacation I don’t necessarily want to hear barking early in the morning. That was very thoughtful. The breakfast was great - make your own waffles/pancakes with cereal, yogurt and fruit options. The coffee was a little on the bitter side but then again I arrived late to the breakfast area. I did not use the pool or jacuzzi but there were lots of families that did. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping did a great job. I will stay there again when I am in the Chicago area.
