PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK My rental car was vandalized over night at this t hotel. (catalytic converter was stolen) Hilton refunded one night of my stay, but i was still left with $350 insurance deductible. The hotel cited "Park at your own risk" and closed the case. Isn't safe parking at the hotel something we expect? This property is located next to abandoned buildings and has no security cameras. Multiple cars were vandalized that night. Definitely an unsafe location. I expected better guest support from a major brand. Sharing this so others are aware of the parking risk and limited follow-through. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Love the made to order breakfasts with huge variety of things to pick from. If you can’t find something you’re too picky. The evening manager reception also nice added feature with 2 free drinks/person and they had different appetizers with that every night. The staff was all working very hard and everyone we encountered were very pleasant. No complaints about anything!

The accommodations and the staff are top notch! Huge rooms with the most comfortable beds and pillows too. Location is perfect for quick travel downtown, airport and northern suburbs.

Everything was great! Great staff! Allen @ the front desk was extremely helpful with info. Room was nice & comfortable. However, noticed a small burn hole in the carpet from previous years. Suppose theyll be updating soon. Delicious breakfast & pub food. Service was excellent! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you for the nice accommodations.

2nd time we stayed here 20 minute drive fro. OHare and 20 minute drive to Navy base, rooms are ok kinda old looking but nice and comfortable
