The mold from an old gutter leak into the wall is still there. Not repaired outside so the patch inside is disintegrating. Spoke to Ana about it, and showed her. The room smelled terrible by am. Needs to be properly repaired by a gutter expert. Not a shoemaker. As we say in the trades. Thx

Don't expect too much from this hotel. There's strangers' hair on the floor and in your towels, dogs barking behind the wall, and rats scurrying near the dumpster. Plus, there are no "do not disturb" signs on the door, so be prepared for the housekeeper to not hear your voice and decide to come in at any cost.

I have stayed in many Spartan hotels llike this previously. Almost without exception they have been clean,functional and acceptable. This place smelled, is outdated and not maintained.

A reasonably priced choice for a one night stay. Nice staff, small but clean room. Several good walkable dining options and a crosswalk about 0.2 miles if you want to cross the major road to reach dining. This was important since we were car less this trip
