It is old, and need renovation. Good view from 42nd floor. But there are no bath robs for swimming pool, no glasses for champagne, no water Bottles ( even as a compliment from the hotel) and no free WiFi or all elevators work, lines to get to room. Hotel lobby has urine and feces from dogs. Notified one of the workers next to the elevator and she is not responsive. Only one elevator from floor 9 to 18. Very long waiting time to use the elevator. The assistant for the elevator cannot actually help much in transporting guests to the rooms at all. Breakfast selections are limited. No non diary options for beverages or gluten free choices.

Don’t Stay Here!!!

High pressure sales for room upgrades and parking from the start and they did not explain all of the taxes.etc. They take advantage of the American exchange rate and try to say everything is so cheep. Then it’s constant yelling at the elevators and it feels more like you are a herded animal than a guest. The free breakfast was absolutely DISGUSTING! This was not worth it! You can see the falls everywhere and don’t need a falls view room. I went to ask about their tours and they tried to upsell me the same tours that Niagra parks offered. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites before and I’ve never had an experience like this. So disappointing!!!

Staff was great...requested an additional "cot" for the room...it was there and ready to go when we checked in. Staff were very friendly and patient (family I was with could not speak English)...they had a great time and hotel was close to everything.

Spectacular falls views, but needs better cleaning

Views are amazing but the hotel needs better service. We expended two nights and they never did the cleaning of the room. We need to ask them for clean towels all the time. Also the carpet on the room was nasty, completely dirty. Breakfast was not good at all. Even though we have free breakfast, on the second day we preferred to take IHOP and pay for it. As I said, views of the falls are espectacular from this hotel, but they need better cleaning and definitely better breakfast.

We were staying on the 17th floor and during our stay there was an issue with an entire set of elevators making the one elevator the only way to access floors 10-18. One elevator! It was big but at times we had to get on to go up just to go down so we could even get on the elevator. This was a major inconvenience which added a significant amount of time to every venture because no one wants to walk up or down 17 flights of steps!!! On the flip side, we did the offsite parking with the shuttle and the shuttle was very reliable and frequent. We never had to wait long for the shuttle. Although the offsite parking isn’t the most convenient it was probably quicker than the elevator time - no joke. Definitely recommend the offsite parking to save some money. The shuttle was always right there. I’d say we never waiting longer than 1-2 minutes for a shuttle.

The location and guest room were great. (The only real issue was a missing tub stopper.) The free breakfast buffet was sufficient but the same every day. It was okay but not great for gluten free. They did have apples, oranges and oatmeal. The omelletes were also gluten free. The kitchen staff was very accommodating answering questions. The evening reception was very nice. We did the offsite parking and the shuttle was perfect. (We got chicken wings at Fridays. We should have returned them due to price and quality. Would not recommend.)

Very nice hotel, stayed in partial Fallsview room and still saw it all, very clean, only thing I didn’t like was the elevator wait time, we waiting 10 minutes for one to come up. Sometimes it’d come up fast and sometimes it would be like 10 minutes. Other than that I would definitely recommend
