The place was clean, and the person at the desk was warm and competent and swift. The furniture was in very good shape, including the mattress and even the pillows on the bed were relatively new. I appreciated the lighting options and the ample outlets, though the bathroom could have used just a bit more light; the one light around the mirror was good, but not quite bright enough. Shower and controls were good, the thermostat worked well and the heater was not too noisy. Wifi was very fast and hookup simple. Restaurant looks good and has good options, but it's very pricey, as is parking (Valey only). The gym was larger and more pleasant than most hotel gyms, and actually had three (3!) treadmills, and a nice collection of other equipment, all well-cared for.

Perfect location in West End surrounded by the best bakeries, a short walk to a metro stop, 10 minute walk to Georgetown, etc. Stayed for a total of 5 days and was beyond satisfied with my entire experience. Great Hotel

My stay was great. The staff was friendly and professional, and the room was clean. My only complaint is the pillows. They were too soft, so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. I'll bring my own next time. I will recommend this hotel.
