Planning a holiday is the best way to fix a case of wanderlust. What about booking a trip to Sunshine Coast? There are some funky places to crash close to where it's all happening in Flaxton. We currently offer 29 listed hotels within 5 kilometres of the city's heart.
You can find the Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat and the Spicers Clovelly Estate not far from the busy city streets. If none of these are for you, don't stress. Investigate the Kondalilla Eco Resort and the Eden Lodge.
If you don't mind spending a few nights 17 kilometres away from the city center, check out the neighbourhood of Diddillibah. It has 3 places to stay, including Maroochy River Resort & Bungalows and Bli Bli House Luxury Bed & Breakfast.
Kondalilla National Park is a protected site for native flora and fauna, so be careful where you walk and what you take with you. Spend a night or two at Montville Provencal and Apple Tree Cottage & Studio, and you'll be quite close to this attraction. Grab your family and go to Kondalilla Falls to stretch your legs in the great outdoors. You can visit this place everyday, especially if you're based at Peppertree Cottage and Belle's at Montville.
For more options, checkout the Oceans Mooloolaba and the Fairshore Noosa. They are located 25 kilometres and 40 kilometres respectively from the center. If those two aren't for you, try the Spicers Tamarind Retreat or the Netanya Noosa.
If you want to explore some nearby cities, consider Palmwoods and Nambour. Journey 10 kilometres to the southeast from Flaxton and you'll discover Palmwoods. That said, Nambour is 10 kilometres to the east. Accommodations in Palmwoods are the Sunshine Coast Motor Lodge and Alaya Escape. Nambour choices are the Nambour Lodge Motel and Red Bridge Motor Inn.
Sunshine Coast Airport is the most logical airport for transiting in or out of Flaxton and is 25 kilometres drive from the heart of town. If you would like to stay nearby, try The Sebel Twin Waters or the Sand Dunes Resort.
Hotels in Flaxton start at AU$135 per night. Prices and availability subject to change. Additional terms may apply.
