Amazing resort. Loved the large spacious bathroom in the suite. Had a fantastic stay. Staff were like family absolutely amazing people. Miss them already! Cannot wait to go back. Have stayed at 2 other resorts in Denarau. Would definitely come back to radisson next time. Great pool with shade sails and kids loved the slide.

Staff were great and enjoyed the nanny’s. Food at the resort was terrible and cocktails had no taste just tasted like alcohol. We ended up drinking and eating elsewhere. Not enough staff at the bars and restaurants. Rooms were dusty, could be cleaner but they were huge and had great ammenities. Included washer and dryer was a bonus.

Amazing stay at Radisson Blu! The kids’ activities are excellent, and the beach-style pool is beautiful. The staff are super friendly, and the food is so delicious. Perfect for families. Highly recommended!

Customer service was perfect however We waited for 1 hour plus for our room to be ready. We were given complimentary drinks from the bar to make up for it. When our room was ready the porter showed us our room and I can see that it is a different room(STANDARD ROOM) and not the SUPERIOR ROOM, LAGOON VIEW that I purchased on Expedia(I SAW THE PHOTO OF THE SUPERIOR ROOM, LAGOON VIEW ON EXPEDIA AND THAT IS THE REASON WHY I PURCHASED THE ROOM) We were given a $150 resort credit for use during the stay and a bottle of wine. We were tired from the 3 hours jetski safari and they gave us a different room 1 hr 30 mins after checkin opens. But we really enjoyed our night at Radison. The dinner at Chantara restaurant was awesome and the breakfast buffet was awesome. We’l definitely go back to Radison in the future.

The most recent refurbishment of the room was of a very poor standard. The paint job was shocking. Maintenance appears to have been cut back. Not unusual for a remote corporate. The room telephone was disconnected and despite reporting this several times it took 4 days to get the phone reconnected. In the meantime, contacting room service was a pain. I booked a 3am wakeup call for the day we left, today. The call came through with an apology at 4.10am. Food preparation in the bar & grill restaurant was of a much lower standard compared to our previous stay at Radisson Blue 4 years ago. Easy to see that cost reduction has taken priority over quality, despite in house dining being very expensive although I regarded the $85/head quote given to me at the front desk as reasonable, but back at the restaurant it was $95/ head. No apology just pay up. Inspection of our room account on the TV as advertised, would have been useful, but guess what it was out of service and not available. Our 8-day stay was a disappointment. We will not go back, and I will not recommend this resort to anyone. Looks like it's back to the Sheraton. Equally expensive but better quality and friendlier staff.

The staff were all so friendly and always greeted you with a smile. The rooms were great. The pool was lovely and cool that there’s an adults only pool to enjoy while the kids were having fun in kids club. Buffet breakfast had so many options. Will definitely be back!

Second visit- first visit experience overall was marvellous though a few years ago now. This time- reception felt unwelcoming probably because it was crowed. Rooms clean and tidy. Overall property experience good though all staff in general seem confused about their jobs. Probably not entirely their fault but feel the burden of ensuring everyone is looked after as best as possible in turn making them seem rushed and confused. Will try again in a couple of years but seems there are plenty other options to try in fiji

Our stay at the Radisson was lovely. The resort has a modern, clean aesthetic, and coming straight from the Outrigger, you could definitely see and feel the change in style — it was very nice and refreshing. The resort itself is smaller, but it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and provided amazing service throughout our stay. The food was good, and overall it made for a very relaxing and enjoyable family holiday. We would happily recommend this resort for families looking for a modern, comfortable stay.

Clean rooms. Moika from house keeping always went the extra mile. Service was lacking from bar and food services because there is not enough staff on duty. Adult pool bar closed warly due to lack of staffing.
