Decent Stay- Room for Improvement
My family booked this hotel for 2 nights. We stayed in a suite that accommodated 5 of us- 3 adults and 2 children. Room was decent size- comfortable for our party of 5. Overall good stay. But some things could have been better. For the 2 night stay, we didnt have any housekeeping done even after we specifically asked for it as we needed towels and some cleaning. Later in the evening, after we reported housekeeping wasn't done, we had someone drop off some towels. The room had a slight cigarette smell and could smell over the bedding. This triggerred my asthma. Food at the Denny's attached to it was decent, service was good but pricey. Also want to mention that the Front Desk lady ( forgot her name) was very pleasant and sweet! Definitely helped with the overall experience.

Great Stay.
Great stay, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the ceiling fans in the room as well as the air conditioner. We were there for a medical reason, location is great for the Royal Jubilee Hospital. We will definitely stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were great but pool was really cold. The rooms are well renovated, one of the elevators seemed a little unstable, overall great stay.

While the Staff was pleasant and upgraded our room, there seem to be a few regular tenants in the building that had been there awhile and were somewhat disruptive. My wife felt unsafe at night.
