I booked 2 identical rooms, one for myself and one for my parents. I have given an "OK" rating because while my room was great, the bathroom floor of man prints room was very sticky. They asked the front desk to clean it, which they did, but when they went back inside they realized the floor in front of the sink was also very sticky but it was too late into the evening to bother calling them in to clean it. There was also an oder to their room that triggered my mom's asthma quite badly. She couldn't tell if it was from an animal in the room previously or bleach, but she had to use her asthma inhaler 4 times during the night, which it is recommend to use that particular one max of twice a day, so this was very excessive and obviously something inside the room that triggered a very physical response she has not experienced in any other hotel room previously. I may or may not book here again, but my parents never will. They were quite uneasy with the floors not cleaned and the odor.

Fun room, great staff, very welcoming, restaurant very good. If you’re wondering, the waterslide entrance / stairs is outdoors but the water slide run out ends inside the pool building. And the water is comfortable even when the air temp is a bit lower.

Fabulous stay at the Zed. The breakfast at the Ruby was delicious, and I would definitely go back. The hotel was such a cool vibe, and the rooms were charming and cozy. The beds were very comfy, the coffee was delicious we loved the French press. It was the perfect stay for our getaway.
