I went in July the room was warm. When night came I noticed I didn’t have any temperature controls. I called the front desk and they told me there was no air conditioner. I was told to open the window and use the portable fan. I tried, but it was still too hot. I opened the sliding glass doors. It was still hot, and it let in a lot of light from outside. I was on the first floor street view near the sidewalk. So, I got an upper floor room for a higher price.If you’re going in the summer, mind the temperature forecasts. Otherwise the hotel and location are good.

The sofa bed in our room was terrible - very hard and squeaky with no padding whatsoever. The breakfast room was overcrowded and noisy, clearly not big enough. I was constantly having to shift my chair to let someone by and the door to the patio was blocked with people seated at the tables next to the door. Only one table outdoors, no other options for dining at the hotel. Parking was an additional charge on top of already expensive fees. I expected a much better experience for the price.

Well located but no air conditioning

Chose this hotel due to its location by the water. It’s just a few blocks away and an easy walk. (Not on the water). Rooms need updating. I had black mold in the shower. And no air conditioning. Sadly couldn’t continue my stay as it was way too hot to be comfortable sleeping in a heat wave.

Lovely Hotel Near Everything.

We stayed three nights at this lovely hotel. It’s well situated within walking distance of the wharf, Museum, the inner harbor. It is only 1 block from the ferry. The room is modern, with a very comfortable bed, and a nice little patio for morning coffee. You have to pay for parking, it’s a covered lot underneath the hotel with a security gate.

Nice place as it’s in the inner harbour where you can just walk to the tourist attractions. However, i did not like the smell of the carpet in the hotel room, it’s smelled like moldy. The housekeeping did not do great in cleaning the room during the day. I am always particular when it comes to cleanliness.

The front desk staff was not welcoming or accommodating. The room was definitely not worth the money we paid. $750 for 2 nights. Was worth half of that.

Nice hotel and location with friendly staff. Only has 2 concerns: 1. no AC, but being on the harbor you don’t really need it. 2. No plates or bowls in the kitchenette.

It was a great room, really. Nice view, didn't get all the fireworks mind you due to a giant tree out front. But great walking distance to all the things. I was disappointed about the construction on our deck and not having full access. For the investment we paid it was unfortunate as they did not tell us about the issue at all. The breakfast is just ok, as well. I would stay here again as the staff is fabulous. And location is great. Even the regular rooms have kitchen elements and are not tight spaces.
