The location was convenient for getting around downtown, and communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Our group was 4 adults. While the unit was clean and functional, the space felt limited, especially the second bedroom, which was tight for adults.There were several drawbacks. The biggest was temperature control. The property lists A/C as an amenity, but there was no AC during our stay. We were informed after arrival that the portable unit had been removed for the season. Small fans with minimal airflow did not cool the unit, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We had to open windows and the sliding door for airflow, which brought in significant street noise at night.We also received unexpected rules after booking, including no liquor and shoes required to be removed. The no-shoes rule was difficult as one guest requires orthotics at all times.The check-in/key process was inconvenient, requiring a stop about a block away at a convenience store to pick up keys.Other issues included poor bedroom lighting, limited airflow, a very small main bathroom shower (similar to a cruise ship), and a very noisy washing machine.Overall, while the location and communication were positives, the lack of advertised A/C, space limitations, and comfort issues made the stay fall short of expectations for the price.

We stayed for our girls Christmas weekend, the location was perfect! We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the water. The condo was just as pictured, the communication with the owner was fantastic, they were very fast to reply every time and were very accommodating. The check in process was a little odd and slightly inconvenient with luggage, as you have to go to a 7-11 a block away to get the keys, just kind of a pain with luggage, but doable. We will definitely stay again!!

This condo worked well for our group of five. It’s on the small side but has two bathrooms, a decent sitting area, and was clean with good amenities. The location is great for exploring downtown. My main wish is that the listing had mentioned how compact the space really is—the photos made it look bigger. Also, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made a big difference since it was quite hot during our stay. Overall, a good option if you don’t mind tight quarters.
