Best layout for an active trip, the top floor rooms have access to pool bar and awesome gym . Rooms near to the doors are abit noisy from the bar there sometimes so get rooms slightly further away but on the top floor .

Laundry service was broken. A/C was broken on the last 2 days. Rooms needed a lot of small repairs. Elevators and key cards worked MOST of the time. Beach Club (Bagatelle) was a scam and didn’t honor our Free entry nor $0 minimum spend. Rooms are very small but functional. Rooftop pool and gym saved the trip experience along with the service from Marco & Israel at the rooftop restaurant (operates separately from the Hilton Motto) overall worth ~ $100 usd/per night, but not more…

Great value. Close enough to the town but a tad far to walk or bike to the beach clubs. Plan on renting a cycle or car if you want to go to the beach daily. Good vibe at the hotel and in the area. Will definitely come back.

The shampoo bottle was almost empty on arrival and wasn’t refilled even after requesting it, requiring two follow-ups. The fridge still contained leftover food from previous guests. The sink had an unpleasant smell.The hot water never got properly hot, even when turned fully up. The room was quite small, and the towels were not crisp or fresh/white-looking. Customer service was particularly disappointing. Reception felt disorganised and not very customer-centric, with emails full of typos and staff asking for details that had already been provided the day before. I was given a Wi-Fi password on a typed note, but it was completely incorrect and different from the actual password. There were no umbrellas available, no partnerships with tour providers, and the location itself wasn’t especially convenient. That said, there were a few positives. The lobby and pool areas are attractive, and the gym is well equipped.

We loved the hotel, especially the natural sitting area right outside the entrance. Eateries were right there and I enjoyed the best croissants and gelato from Campanella that was by the sitting area.
