What stood out? All the above! Our flight was delayed 5 hours but check in in the wee hours of the morning was still fast, simple, and courteous. Location is phenomenal -pickup baggage and walk right across the street. We wanted our drive to Banff to be in the daylight so we could see the beautiful scenery.

The room was really nice but it was wildly noisy. Christmas music blasting from the restaurant woke us all up and doors opening and closing at all hours kept us awake. What was meant to be a nice stay before our flight was kind of disappointing.
