The room facilities are a bit outdated and the soundproofing is not very good. The central air-conditioning only provides cooling without heating or temperature control, which makes the room rather cold at night. Hopefully this can be improved.

Ignore the negative reviews this hotel is fine. Anas on reception is an excellent employee and went above and beyond to help us. We didnt eat at the hotel so cant judge the food. The beds were very comfortable and the room had hair dryer, iron, ironing board and large tv. Overall we thought it was excellent value. Uber to downtown cost approx $40

Property is nice. Make sure you have the light switch by the door turned on to watch the TV. I had to figure it out myself because no one I called seemed to know how to turn on the TV. Also, pull the entire handle out to turn on the shower!

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago when it was under the Westin brand. The building and rooms were in much better shape compare to now. It is very obvious that the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. As many other people pointed out, there is always at least one elevator is out of service.

Very zen like. Serene nature parhs. Beautiful outdoor space . Tennis court and outdoor pool . We dined at an amazing greek restaurant. Our room was freshened up daily and our wAter replenished. FRiendly and helpful staff Highly recommend. We will stay at Pan Pacific on our next vacation.
