Elevators was a big issue. One night I waited twenty minutes to use the elevator. My room also wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. Also, for the price I paid I would have at least thought they would have cleaned my room the next day and change the sheets…but they didn’t. Not impressed. Pool was also very dirty, a lot of dead bugs inside and around the pool was dirty as well. Again, for the price I paid…not impressed. I also lost my sunglasses.

A really disappointing offering from Pan Pacific

Really disappointing. One of the lifts was out of action and the other two were incredibly slow. The gym was a disaster - no air conditioning meant it was stifling hot in the room, and the equipment was incredibly old. The bedroom was nothing short of average. The whole property needs some significant TLC.

Check in was quick and efficient. Significantly long wait for elevator access. Paid parking but in a secured lot. Room was right next to ice machine on the floor so woke us up many times when the ice machine was used. There was also an extremely weird and loud buzzing noise that started at 5 in the morning and didn't stop.

The rooms were updated but the door lock was broken so we got moved to another room. Overall the hotel was nice however the outdoor pooll was outdated. The chairs were worn out and the pavement was not in good condition at all. A lot of broken pavers all around the pool deck. Limited seating available. We had gotten the breakfast included in our stay but the menu was very limited and not very tasty. However we did enjoy the buffet option that’s offered on the weekend. They should offer that every day. The service was very slow. Most mornings it took over 30 minutes before they would come to take our order. They seemed to be short staffed. I will say however that the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Bit expensive for an alright room

Needed to stay due to a medical procedure, some damage to the room noted upon check in, ripped cutains, desktop was pulled up and out of joint, decorative metal frame on the floorboards was damaged in the bathroom and mould on the bathtub grab bar caulking. The balcony door was also super difficult to open. Lobby was heavily scented and became overwhelming quickly. Breakfast was great and the staff were great too. The door man let me know that I did not need to pay for parking since I've got a handi permit.

Great wildlife in the back of hotel for walking around, and has a Resort feel. I like the pool tables underground for an evening activity. Pool was nice but they need more chairs and up keep could be better.
