Spacious, Stylishly Renovated 3-Bedroom Historic Home

We are going on sabbatical and renting out our beautifully renovated 3-bedroom historic home in Toronto's best neighborhood. Located on a quiet street steps from two gorgeous parks, this spacious, modern house is perfect for families, with playgrounds, skating rinks, and top-rated schools nearby. Enjoy the vibrant neighborhood with shops, cafes, and a great community vibe. The rental includes a private garage and laneway access. It is available for 4-7 months between January 1 and July 31, 2025. Ideal for a temporary stay, sabbatical, or family relocation.

Layout:

On the main floor you'll enjoy open concept living with a modern kitchen outfitted with Miele and Bosch appliances and everything you would need to cook and entertain. The elegant dining space can accommodate 8-10 people. The living room has a large, comfortable sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and Sony smart TV.

The second floor features a kids' room containing two twin beds, a double desk, and a large closet. The guest room/office features ample closet and storage space, a desk and bookshelves, and a very comfortable Queen-sized American Leather pullout couch. The big bathroom has a shower and soaker tub, double sinks, and Miele washer and dryer. This floor also features a guest powder room for convenience when entertaining.

The third floor features the master bedroom with a very comfortable king bed and a massive, light-soaked bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaker tub and double sinks. Linens and down pillows and duvets are provided.
