Room was clean. I thought it was great that they didn't have carpet in the room. That being said, I should've thought it bring slippers because the floor was quite cold. We also had to turn the heat up because of how much cold air was coming from the window area. Otherwise, for being in the city, I suppose the noise level is to be expected.

The room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is close to several restaurants within walking distance. The street cars were right outside the hotel that brought us where we wanted to go. In our circumstances we were going to the Exhibition Centre. It was nice to go for a walk and be by the water.

The cleanliness of this hotel is disturbing. My first night I woke up to multiple bed bug bites on my back, arms, AND face! The room they then moved me into did not seem to be properly cleaned ever. The sheets were not all the way on the bed, a black mark was on the blanket, crackers/tooth picks next to the bed, splatters over the walls/curtains and tears in the chairs.
