The elevator under repair certainly made for a lengthy wait to get up to the rooms. Understandable repairs, but still... I had dinner in the restaurant, and found the meal to be ok (so-so), but it was pretty pricey.

I didn't have a good experience. First of all condition of few things in the room was not worth the money as I spent $250/night. Many times manager or housekeeping staff didn't pick the calls if I need anything urgent. I have to go downstairs to reception to inform about the noise. Wost thing shower was not working on the last day. Hotel behaved in a cheap manner by putting only limited stock of tea or coffee.. only 2 packets for my entire 4 days. When I asked for milk packets for tea they refused. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone..not worth the money.

Overall I think it’s a ok hotel. The rooms are not isolated so you can hear next room’s tv and people talking. The A/C was not functional and the door was very hot. I totally forgot to ask the staff to fix it. The mattress was kind of old and dirty (it was kind of yellowish ) but still acceptable. The facility is amazing and very well maintained and the staff is amazing as well

One of the 3 elevators was out of service as noted in other reviews which did make waiting somewhat inconvenient. Also there is a smell in the building that is masked in the lobby but more present in the hallways. Not horrible but noticeable.

Well doesn’t state anywhere that they charge a parking fee of $20 dollars . Plus it also doesn’t say they charge a $250 dollar deposit . Would have been nice to know these things ahead of time. Also staff don’t give very clear directions and not very polite either.
