The room has inadequate lighting. There is no fan in the washroom. A fan would be helpful when showering. There is no mirror at the desk. It would be helpful for makeup application. I have visited this hotel on a few occasions during the past 9 months. Only 2 of the 3 elevators have been in operation on every occasion. It creates unacceptable wait times for the elevators. Guests are frequently complaining about the lengthy wait times for elevators. This maintenance issue needs to be addressed ASAP!

Welcoming, professional staff, from front desk to doormen and housekeeping. I have stayed at this property 5 times. The rooms are spacious and bright. Very comfortable beds, modern, bright bathrooms. I appreciate having a mini fridge. Secure and safe parking area. The location is convenient for visits in North York, good access to DVP and 401. Having stayed at a different hotel in the Don Mills and Eglinton area last time, I can highly recommend the Pan Pacific as a preferred location.

From the moment we drove up we were met with friendly professional faces. Our room was great and it was necessary for me to stay another night I was treated like family. Service was terrific in the Seasons restaurant and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this property.
