When I was booking I assumed that I will get the room with king bed unfortunately I got double bed was the little balcony and no pullout couch at a small little chairs to watch the TV. That’s not smart TV. Definitely I’m a little bit disappointed. The good thing it’s place extremely clean.

The room was clean and the staff were courteous. For suite 2002, adding some coat hooks and a boot mat by the front door would save the staff some additional cleaning time. I felt guilty walking all the way to bath room to hang up my coat and take my boots off.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel and I have stayed in lots of them in the last year in fact I have been living in them basically and this one is the best so far the room is large and clean and the staff are great as is the location as it’s attached to a mall with lots of stores the world shops on Yonge
