Based on my stay, I do not understand why this motel has an overall low rating. Must be lots of nit-picking people that live in their fancy glass houses that decide to stay here for a night or two, to save $ and then complain.

We were moving parents and had to stay a night in Stouffville. This was the only hotel in the near vicinity and we were pleasantly surprised. We not only got value, but quality too. The room was very clean and well appointed with a microwave, fridge and large TV. Certainly would recommend.

It was just okay

The room was an average size. Small coffee maker, microwave and a bar fridge, that was annoyingly noisy. This affected our sleep. Beds were relatively comfortable. The other patrons were loud, running and yelling in the hallways until 2am. I know there's not much a hotel can do about controlling that. Small parking lot, decent light breakfast items offered.

The Room was clean but the carpet on the hallway was dirty and smelled. The incluse breakfast was correct. There is a 15.50 $ charge if you want to plug your electric car for the night.
