When i arrived i went to open the patio door and my foot stuck to the carpet , seems maybe someone had spiled something and it had dried sticky. I notified front desk just so they know this was from before my stay . They offeted to have soneone come in and clean I denied it ad it would of needed a carpet cleaning and i disnt want ppl in cleaning carpets while im trying to relax (9 pm friday). The next day managet calls and tells me he would like to have the hosekeeping manager and housekeeper to come look and check to make sure its sticky and prove if its thier fault . I said yes no problem but also i am not asking for anything now am i teying to cause problems . Just didnt wanna be blamed so reported it as soon as i chceked in and found it. They came i let them 8n they fely the floor and basically denied it being sticky i stepped there my skin made a spund when i lifted foot from carpet anf he told me it didnt . Totaly gaslit me . I asked why i would make up yhis rediculousness as i want nothing ,but to letthem know . They had offered a gift basket anf again to have pl come in with carpet cleaner . I was very clear i wanted no one in the room while we were out and i dont want gift basket ,i am customer and they told me its not sticky . Please just clean it aftet i leave sunday . Stay out of my room . When i came back there was a small basket mini bottle water and 2 fake nutiegrain bars in bog plastic rap in the room after . They were in my room while I was out . NoT ok

We stayed at this hotel with our basketball team. It is conveniently located within walking distance to a number of restaurants and quick highway access. Our room was downstairs and when we walked in there was a musty smell. There was also no option to open the windows. The amenities that were in the attached Sheraton were good. Full gym, courts and pools.

The soundproofing of the building is very poor—I could clearly hear noise from the next room, including the TV and a crying baby at midnight, which made it impossible to sleep. Thankfully, the staff were very supportive and promptly arranged a quieter room for me, allowing me to finally get a few hours of rest.

Staff were super unfriendly. Our carpet in the room was soaked to the point we could not walk on it barefoot. Thankfully the hotel attached to best wester, Sheridan were the completed opposite. They took us in into a very well cleaned room. Staff over there were super friendly and welcoming.

This hotel had an easy check in, and they have multiple entrances/exits as if you parked on the side, you wouldnt have to go through the front just to leave the hotel. Its great especially if you have kids. Theres lota of room to get around. Will book again in the future.
