The mattress was excellent! No back pain waking up! The food was not consistent— eggs were excellent yesterday, terrible today. Eggs were dry, overcooked and chopped up into crumbles!! Cook had no idea how to cook scrambled eggs. Yesterday they were moist and fluffy. Everything else was good.

Absolutely awesome hotel! All the staff were great. Everyone we came in contact with were super nice. Sally at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful. She was so sweet to our 2 year old. Kid friendly, clean, updated, perfect size rooms. Pool was great! It was not huge, but was perfect for our family. Awesome water slide! In a quiet area, and only like 2 minutes away from shopping, food, and other amenities. Perfect breakfast - Sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, bagels, and even make your own waffle station. Overall great hotel, we will 100% be going back!

Check in was a smooth experience. Front desk was very friendly to all my family members from Senior to Toddler. Room & bathroom was super clean. Pool was small but there’s a waterslide & whirlpool.

Poor customer relations, staff can't act on their own to resolve. Little pool but British Swim School took up 3/4 of the pool. Staff arguing in hall Rooms not ready, it took 2 hours for second room

Checkin was for 3, arrived as 4 and only one room was available. We were offered a room down the hall that was not acceptable. Two housekeeping staff having an row/argument on the second floor around room 212. I asked them to stop and chill. I reported to front desk, nothing happended Pool was 20 feet x20 feet approximately. British Swim Schoo; were teaching leson, they blocked off the deep end for school, i had to go to front desk to have it resolved
