Hotel was well kept and clean, service was good and breakfast was one of the best ive seen at a hotel. Only issues were that the shower drain was clogged, however once notified they attended to the matter promptly, and the A/C didnt go below 22.5 through the night.

Great hotel to stay at, Very friendly staff, may be a wait to check in to the hotel and out due to short staff, but they go above and beyond to make sure they can help you. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Toronto.

This hotel was the best I’ve stayed at in Toronto by far. The room was spotless, modern and the beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were modern and extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely and beyond most other buffet breakfasts we have had. Every staff member was friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was very easy as the hotel is on a less busy side street and there are at least two parking garages directly across from the front entrance. Parking was very reasonable at $27.00 from 12:30 pm on a Saturday until 6:00 pm on Sunday. Overall an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room size. It was smaller than I expected because I’m use to Rui resorts having ample amounts of space. But overall a good trip.

Clean room. Not much storage space or counter top space or hooks for towels in bathroom since door to it was a sliding one. Comforting bed. Friendly staff. Got a good deal with breakfast.

Room was clean and in good condition, and the breakfast buffet was delightful, which was a happy surprise considering that free food can be hit-or-miss. The only downside was that the process for casting YouTube/Netflix to the TB didn't work, even after I connected to the hotel wifi; for whatever reason, the TV would not appear as a casting option.
