Staff are the real stars of this place. Other than that pretty standard. But the glade plug-in electric scent diffuser was almost a deal breaker. Anyone with any sensitivities would have run out the door.

Great place near airport

Fast check in, reserved the shuttle back to airport. Large family rooms with full kitchen. Breakfast was good. 2 good restaurants nearby. The only thing to say is we didn’t know to call the hotel from the airport for pickup. Small item, really didn’t affect our rating.

It was really nice at first until I woke up in the morning and found a certain type of bugs in my sink and they didn't seem to care too much of that or I find compensate me appropriately, Breakfast was great, customer service was very good in greeting, and quick check in and out the only issue I didn't like how they responded to my bug issue. The pool is kinda outdated and needs a good deck brush. Will I go back No probably not.

This hotel/room was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The one thing that was better than the hotel was it's staff. I have never stayed in a hotel with staff this friendly. Never passed by anyone that didn't say hello, good morning or good night, and mean it. The service was INCREDIBLE ! We will be back if in the area again. Thank you.

Appreciated having a 2 room suite. Staff was courteous. Location is not good for tourists. Theres no dining within walking distance for families & the nearby restaurants that are within walking distance seem sketchy. Theres a lot of company offices around. Its not a nice or pleasant area.

Went with my children and friend, they had a free dinner and free breakfast. Kids went swimming loved it. The room was clean and very comfy
