We enjoyed our stay. I was quite nervous when I read some of the reviews. However, the representative was friendly and arrived as scheduled to provide keys and go over everything with us. The apartment had some areas requiring minor repairs, but overall was clean and well-kept. The beds were comfortable. We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The view was phenomenal. Good area down town close to various amenities. No issues with getting my deposit back for incidentals. I would definitely stay again.

Sweet location.

The location is incredible and close to scotiabank arena and Roger's place/CN Tower. 5-10 minute walk from Union Station. Accommodations were great with an awesome view on the CN Tower.

The location is amazing. Steps from CN tower, Rogers Centre and Scotiabank Arena. Perfect for a sports fan. Plenty of space in the unit for a reasonable price. Only awkward thing is meeting up with staff member for key and parking fob. Worked out fine but not smooth. Be patient. Overall great experience and would use again.

There was not enough dishes, bowls or cutlery for 5 people! There was no tv access, when we requested password - same not given. We were refused access to the pool. There was a huge leak in the shower and it drained into the main hallway each time we used the shower. We tried to contact the property, but NO ONE EVER answered us back when we had concerns.

BEWARE! GLOBALSTAY is a scammer and has no customer service. The apartment had so many issues from broken plumbing and clogged sinks to broken lights and water damage, broken drywall in the shower and missing flooring in the kitchen. They told me they would reach out for maintenance but nothing ever got fixed. Carpets were dirty and stained. GLOBALSTAY only response was sorry for the inconvenience. We were on 54th fl and elevators went out for more than 4 hours. I was told to walk down 30 floors to a lower level with my kids. They should be ashamed of this unit and their customer service responses. GLOBALSTAY takes no ownership and just blames others while they keep our money. We tried to leave and go to hotel but was told we would lose our full payment. DO NOT EVER USE GLOBALSTAY.

Property was clean, quiet. Quick communication from property management company. It doesn't say this in the listing anywhere, but the building is connected to the PATH which is super convenient. Admittedly, the check-in process is a bit complicated/cumbersome, and the key was hard to find in the dark when I arrived, but otherwise everything was great.

Overall. The location was great - right downtown able to access the Scotiabank arena, CN tower, aquarium. Loved that aspect of walking everywhere. Upon check in. The person who checked my group in did not speak English. They did not do a walk through of the apartment. Dinging me with damage that was not done by us. Very poor communication. Besides that views were great from the room. Beds were mediocre. Clean and tidy. 7/10 would recommend.

The location of the property was great and the view is awesome. The check-in process was terrible though. The commitment was that someone will meet us but the real check-in process was find a key in a lockbox off the property completely among 100 boxes. The help desk was absolutely terrible, they were not able to take a call. They sent me useless videos so I can try to find the property. More over, the place needs serious attention. Closets not closing, the soap in the bathroom is old and on the sink it is dried. It is a shame and I think they need. a new property management. Until they actually take this seriously, I would avoid staying at this place.

Great location, but the experience was lacking

First off, the location is absolutely perfect for a trip. Everything is nearby and easily accessible. Also, the price for the accommodations (we had 7 people) was very fair compared to hotels. However, the room itself and our experience with the host company was lackluster. We had been told when and where to meet with a "representative" of the host company to be handed the keys to our unit. After multiple emails and a phone call with the company, our "representative" finally arrived 55 minutes later. This was a very annoying and unfortunate start to our trip. Further, the condition of the room was mediocre at best. The floor was heavily water damaged, and in places the boards were heaving upwards. The baseboards were torn off in multiple locations. The "representative" explained that they were in the middle of making repairs. Although this unit technically sleeps 7 or 8 persons, the sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable at best. There were 3 bedrooms which each had very thin mattresses, and a sofa with a fold-out bed. These were fine for a quick sleep at night, but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone staying for more than a few quick nights.

Condo location absolutely perfect. You have to pay a damage deposit outside of Expedia, no early check in even though they promised me 2 two months previous to check in, floor missing pieces, stains on the room carpets, holes in the wall, lights missing covers and bulbs, TV the size of a small computer monitor. Condo was “clean” just Serious Updates needed inside.

Great views outside, not so great inside

Great location, great amenities in the room, but it was NOT clean. Very dirty when you look just slightly beyond the surface. Whole apartment needs a deep clean and a bit of love. The bed itself was clean and that’s the main thing, but generally grubby.

SCAM Alert! They send a link to PayPal that doesn’t work and then ask for e-transfer. The key is apparently outside in a lock box. I never found the lockbox and they refuse to refund my payment. The attendant told me that GlobalStay has been a disaster, even complaints of bed bus. Their Trust Pilot score is 1 Star. Why is Hotel.com allowing these groups on their p’atform

The check-in process for me was fairly smooth overall but I did see others struggling with their check in for a variety of reasons. However, the parking situation was a bit challenging. Since the assigned parking space required a fob, it wasn’t accessible until my check-in time, which caused some inconvenience. While security staff were helpful in finding a temporary solution it is important to note that you may not be able to park early.
